Order Cancellation Policy

At Opulent Olfactory, we understand that sometimes plans change. You may request to cancel your order, but please note the following terms:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at fragrances@opulent-olfactory.com with your order number and full name.
• If your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important: Custom orders or limited-edition perfumes cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are prepared specially for you.
