Exchange Policy / No Returns

Due to the nature of our luxury fragrance products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

If you meet the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at fragrances@opulent-olfactory.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All exchanges are subject to inspection. If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Please note: We are unable to offer exchanges or returns for products that have been opened, tested, or used due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility:

  • Shipping costs for both returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
